Huesca: Luis García – Diogo – Echaide – Rivas – Camacho - Núñez (Annunziata, 72') - David López – Sorribas - Larena (Juan Carlos, 61') - Novo (Pacheco, 45') - Tariq.

Real Murcia: Alberto – Molinero - Jorge (Mario Marín, 83') – Catalá –Tagliafico - Emilio (Sutil, 63') – Matilla - Acciari (Ruso García, 45') –Toribio - Nico Martínez - Kike.
Goals: 1-0. Tariq (12') 2-0. Pacheco (46').
Referee: Mr. Melero López. No better or worse than normal. Had already shown Real 2 yellow cards before 20 minutes were gone.
At. Just 2.800 bothered to turn up at Huesca’s El Alcoraz stadium. Symptomatic of the economic disaster that is Spanish football. 10 games this weekend in segunda averaged a measly 7,184 spectators. Compare this to the Championship in England, where 11 games averaged 15,600.
A couple descriptions spring to mind, one is about going downhill with no brakes, the other involves a creek and no paddles. The first hand of Samper’s all in poker game only resulted in a busted flush. We are rock bottom of the form league, and only 2 points above the relegation zone.
This team has to better than that. The question is, after the inactivity during the transfer window, what possible changes can be made? There is only one, and coach Siviero must feel his head is well and truly on the block. Can he recover this squad? Tough decisions need to be made. I would think that next weekend’s clash with Recreativo is key. Lose and we may be in the relegation zone, which must mean heads will roll, despite chairman Samper’s traditional parsimony.
